If you submit an enquiry through one of our contact or reservation forms, you are giving us permission to contact you via the phone number or email address you provide. Your details will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Reservations

Please note that any bookings made through our online forms or email are considered provisional until confirmed by a member of our team. We aim to respond promptly, but if your enquiry is time-sensitive, we recommend giving us a ring on 01507 343640 to confirm.

Booking Terms for Rooms

All room bookings are secured with a credit or debit card. Payment is taken at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival will incur the full cost of the booking. Check-in is between 2:00pm and 10:00pm, and check-out is between 7:00am and 10:30am.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings or service if necessary, for example in cases of inappropriate behaviour, breach of terms, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the booking.
